EllaFisch Seafood is a small, family owned business located in Winneconne, WI. The Seaman family owns and operates a commercial fishing business, EllaFisch LLC, out of Naknek, AK, which fishes the sockeye salmon run in the pristine waters of Bristol Bay each summer. We are lucky to get the chance to bring some of the amazing catch back to sell directly to our local friends and family.

Our product is caught and treated with the utmost care, vacuum sealed and flash frozen to provide the best taste and freshness for up to two years after it was caught... trust us... you will gobble it up way faster than that!
